Creative Success Circle considers your privacy very important. We will therefore process and use your data in a secure manner, entirely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). In this privacy statement we will explain to you what data we collect from you and why we do this. You can also read in this statement what your rights are in relation to this processing. Article 1 Who are we?

Creative Success Circle is a sole proprietorship located in (2583EJ) The Hague at Westduinweg 58D. We are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 66778530. The main trade name under which Creative Success Circle falls is Ninarosa Juffermans Coaching & Content. We are the controller of your personal data.

 

Article 2 What data do we use?

Here you can find an overview of the data we process about you, why we do this, what legal basis we have for processing this data about you and how long we will keep this data.

 

We process your name, any company name and associated company data, email address, phone number and other data necessary to provide our services to you in the best possible way. This may include the photo you have set up in systems we work with, the login details of the systems you want us to work in, communication regarding the work, your Gmail address or Hotmail email address (in connection with Google Drive), website and portrait photos. We use this data to make you a satisfied customer for the duration of our agreement. We keep this data until the end of our agreement. This is for a one-time order without service package or follow-up order after full payment of the last invoice. In case of an ongoing order, this is when the cooperation is not continued and the last invoice of the last order has been paid.

 

To manage your order we will keep your (company) name, contact name, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number, purchase history and payment information in our customer file for up to 7 years after the conclusion of our agreement. We do this for performance and possible amendment or continuation of the agreement, as well as for the Tax Office.

 

We use a portfolio on our website and social media channels to show previous work to potential clients. We include designs and screenshots of the work we have done for you along with your (company) name, logo, LinkedIn profile and a link to your website if you have given permission to do so when entering into the agreement. We keep this content in our archive indefinitely, unless you request its removal.

 

For invoicing and financial administration we process your name, any company name with associated Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, billing address, customer number, email address, phone number, bank details and outstanding balance. Without this data we cannot process your payment. According to a legal obligation of the tax authorities we have to keep this data for 7 years. After this period we will anonymize this data of yours.

 

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, company name (if applicable), e-mail address, invoice number and the content and communication regarding this complaint in order to come to the best possible solution for you. We use this data for the optimal execution of the agreement. We will remove data relating to complaints after settlement.

 

We have a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. We process your name and e-mail address for direct marketing. We will delete these data as soon as you unsubscribe from the newsletter or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by us.

To enable and optimize this website we use analytics services. We have a commercial interest in using your surfing behavior and related data to analyze and improve our service. We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google's retention periods.

 

This service uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit our website and then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of the device you use to visit our website. These cookies will not damage your devices.

 

To enable posting reviews about our services, we process your name, company name, logo, photo, website and content of your post. When you post your message, this information becomes visible to us. We may post reviews of our services on our website and social media with your permission. We remove them as soon as they are no longer representative of our services or when you request their removal.

 

When you request a Zoom call via the website, we ask for your name and e-mail address. When you submit the request form, this data becomes visible to us. We delete the data from a submitted form as soon as the call is completed, unless this results in an agreement.

 

We process your name, e-mail address, website, gravatar, IP address and message content when you comment on our articles or posts. This data is automatically visible and will be kept until you delete your comment or we delete our message permanently.

 

We process your name, e-mail address and other data relevant to the respective training course, webinar or freebie when you register for it. This data is collected via a registration form. We keep this data until you unsubscribe. You may receive follow-up emails relating to the subject matter of the training course, webinar or freebie for which you have registered. This will always be mentioned on the registration form. In addition, the privacy policy of a third party may apply to this data when you purchase an admission ticket through that third party. If it concerns a paid webinar or training, we will also process your invoice data. We keep this data for 7 years in accordance with the rules of the tax authorities. If it is an offline training, we may also process your dietary requirements and/or allergies.

 

Finally, in the context of market research with a commercial interest, we process your habits, lifestyle, social contacts, travel behavior, brand awareness, previous collaborations, product preference, media behavior and leisure activities. We retain this data until our research is complete.

 

Finally, for the purpose of your personal account in the academy, we process a password. We store this password encrypted in combination with your e-mail address and/or user name. We do this to prevent security fraud. We keep this account information, as well as any comments you post in the community, until you delete your account or no longer have access to the content.

 

Article 3 How do we obtain this data?

We have obtained the above information from you as a customer or website visitor because you have provided it to us. In addition, we may have insight into your data when we work in our client's system to help with business operations. We provide a processing agreement to our customers that outlines how we secure your personal information.

 

Article 4 What rights do you have regarding this data?

The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights regarding the personal data you have allowed us to process.

  1. Access - You may request access to your data at any time.
  2. Amendment - If, after reviewing your data, you wish to have it amended, corrected, supplemented, restricted, or deleted, you may submit a request to that effect.
  3. Objection - You may object to the processing of your data based on a balancing of interests.
  4. Data Transfer - If you wish to transfer your data to another provider, we will provide your data in a structured and commonly used format that can be opened by standard digital systems.
  5. Automated decision-making - You may always inform us of your position regarding an automated decision and request that a third party review it.
  6. Withdrawal - If we have processed your data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. However, this may affect the services we are able to provide to you.

 

To exercise your rights, please send a request to privacy@ninarosa.nl, accompanied by a copy of your ID card with your BSN and passport photo masked. We will review your request as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will let you know why we are denying your request.

 

Article 5 Who receives your data?

We will not provide your data to third parties unless this is necessary for the conduct of our business or when required by a legal obligation. Your data may be passed on to processors, parties involved in the execution of the agreement and external advisors for the execution of the agreement. We conclude processing agreements with these third parties to optimally protect your privacy. We will not sell your data to third parties.

 

Article 6 Automated decision-making

We may use automated decision-making based on information, actions or omissions provided by you.

We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement as we may make changes to the policy.
